Volcano Birthday Cake
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoons salt
- 4 tablespoons cocoa
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups cold water
Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Grease 10 inch cake tin.
Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cocoa.
Once combined, add oil, vinegar and vanilla.
Watch the batter fizz before your eyes! Add cold water.
Pour into cake tin and bake for 1/2 hour or until cooked.
