This Oregon Trail Board Game Will Bring You Back to 1992

Doesn’t it feel like just yesterday you were traveling westward in a covered wagon, only to suddenly encounter a stray oxen while simultaneously coming down with dysentery?

Oh, the ’90s … back when the only thing we knew how to do on a computer was play The Oregon Trail — for literally hours.

Lucky for you, it looks like all your childhood fantasies have come true, because a brand new board game inspired by the ’90s classic has just hit shelves at Target.

In The Oregon Trail: Journey to Willamette Valley, players are once again transported back to 1844 to head West in search of gold fortunes. You can place tiles on the game board to discover the trails, rivers, forts, and towns ahead of you as you journey through the scenic lands, hunt for food to avoid starvation, and avoid disease along the way. (Well, at least try to.)
