I cannot see a trapper hat and not think of my grandfather. He was a minister, so he typically wore a dress shirt and slacks. But when it snowed, he was sure to wear his plaid trapper hat to keep warm. It’s an image that has always stayed with me and always brings a smile to my face. I think it’s pretty amazing how a hat or an accessory that someone wore can stay in your memory after so many years. Come to think of it, I wonder if that is why I’m so fond of men’s hats — like a classic bowler or even a top hat!
After looking through my list of Men’s Style blogs and seeing so many great looks for the cold season ahead, I thought I’d share another list — 10 classic winter hats for men!
