25 Incredible Yoga Retreats Around the World

Yoga is something that I’ve practiced for over 8 years now. There is nothing quite like it and it is one of the best forms of meditation and fitness if you’re looking to clear your mind.

I’ve traveled frequently for work and have gone to my share of conferences in various areas around North America, but I’ve never been on a retreat and yoga retreats are at the top of my interest list. The hard decision comes when you have to choose between one or the other! It’s a decision that I’m still trying to make.

Why a yoga retreat? Yoga retreats are known to provide you with a peaceful atmosphere that allows you to get in touch with your true nature, while rejuvenating and regenerating your body. Think of it as a reset button for your mind, body, and soul.

I follow Yoga Girl on Instagram  and she has ignited my interest in Aruba yoga retreats. The water is pristine and her daily shots have *almost* convinced me that it’s the location I want to visit first. But then, there’s also amazing looking retreats in the Indian Himalayas, Italy, Morocco, and Australia. I’ve taken recommendations that I’ve collected over the years and have added them to new ones that I’ve discovered more recently to create this list of 25 yoga retreats around the world.

Have you ever been to a yoga retreat? What was your experience like?
